ETSU Family Physicians of Kingsport
Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Welcome to ETSU Family Physicians of Kingsport. We are pleased to have you as our patient. If you have questions, suggestions, or concerns about our services, please let us know so we may better serve you.
We take care of patients of all age groups, and with all problems. Our doctors are trained to treat people with acute illness of all kinds, as well as to manage those with chronic medical diseases and conditions. We are skilled in providing preventive health measures, including EPSDT exams for children, and women’s health care needs, as well as health promotion and wellness advice. We handle all medical problems from cradle to grave. We deliver babies, care for newborns, and can treat all your children as they grow up. Then we can continue to manage their healthcare as teenagers and adults. We continue our care through adulthood and into the senior years, including making home visits and nursing home care if needed. Our services include physician office visits, laboratory tests, minor outpatient surgical and emergency procedures, and psychological and social service consultations. Specialists and specialized testing are available through cooperative efforts with Holston Valley Medical Center Hospital / Wellmont and physicians including ETSU Physicians and Associates.
Due to our training and the scope of our practice, we are pleased to be able to provide care without potential limitations imposed by gender, age or part of the body involved and to coordinate with any other physicians or services that you may need. Moreover, if you need to go into the hospital, we will take care of you there, too! And someone from our practice is always available after hours, on weekends and holidays if you need us.
Some special services that we offer include:
* Skin procedures/biopsies
* Lung Testing
* Osteopathic Treatment

Our automated answering system has an option for those seeking to refill a prescription. In order for us to process your request you must leave all the requested information. Prescription refills will be telephoned to your pharmacy within 48 hours of receiving the request. Some medications (such as pain medication, tranquilizers, etc.) will not be refilled by telephone. Our doctors do not write prescriptions for narcotic pain pills & tranquilizers (such as Lortab, Oxycontin, Xanax, or Soma) for new patients. It will save you time if you request that your doctor provide your prescription refills during your office visit.
