Pat Barnett, Registrar Lead Worker, always has a smile on her face and a kind word for students, faculty and staff. No matter how busy she is or how over-multi-tasked she is, Pat makes everyone feel as if they are her first priority. In person, on the phone, and via email, Pat is a joy. She is one of those people at ETSU who can be identified by first name only. Students will say, “I talked to Pat, and she helped me.” Staff will say, “I don’t know what the procedure is, I’d better call Pat.” Faculty will say, “I’d better go ask Pat about that deadline.” Everyone knows who Pat is! When people need help, she gives it. Pat is someone whose word you can believe, all the time, every time.
