Brian Bennett |
Brian Bennett is an Analyst III in the OIT department. The University-wide priority of Banner implementation and integration as our campus-wide ERP system created an outstanding opportunity for all ETSU employees to roll up their sleeves and help the cause. One of the biggest assets ETSU has had during this migration and implementation period was and is Brian Bennett. His BS and MS background in Computer Science, paired with an approachable and likeable personality made him a perfect fit for one of the first business segments to migrate – Human Resources. Brian was an integral part of the HR conversion and migration team in that he hand-held much of the data conversion and project goal responsibilities, even as a junior member of the project migration team. You can ask anyone involved with the Banner implementation and they will sing the praises of Brian Bennett.
As a Programmer Analyst III, Brian can be given a project or task with a minimal set of direction and be relied on to complete the task to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. His professional guidance of ETSU Analyst II's and personal involvement with the Banner migration project has settled many a frayed nerve because of his obvious devotion and dedication to ETSU and his responsibilities.
