 The online request system for 2014-2015 student parking permits is now closed.
 
The Parking Services office at 132 Stout Drive is open until 6pm nightly through Thursday, August 28!

Beginning this week, booths will be set up in the Culp Center for student permit distribution.

Location:  Culp Center, outside the bookstore
Dates:  August 21 - September 4, 2014 (weekdays only)
Times:   9 am - 3 pm 

You may also pick up your student permits in the Parking Services office. 

(Office & booths closed on September 1 for Labor Day)

ETSU Parking Services is now located at 132 Stout Drive

All vehicles parked on the ETSU main campus or the ETSU/VA campus are required to display a parking permit.

PLEASE BE AWARE
PARKING CHANGES FOR 2014-2015

 

  • Parking Services will be moving to 132 Stout Drive (old Public Safety Building).  

  • Please continue to check our website for updates on our move!  
  • Public Safety has relocated to the second floor of the new parking garage.

  • Lot #12 behind Sherrod Library will become a Faculty/Staff Only parking lot.

  • Nine new metered parking spaces will be available in Lot #25 behind the Carroll Reece Museum, and 4 new metered parking spaces will be available on Ross Drive behind Hutcheson Hall.  
      • These metered spaces will have a 1 hour time limit, and the cost is $1 per hour.

  • Street parking spaces around the perimeter of Lucille Clements Hall, along Jack Vest Drive have been removed.  

  • New counting systems are in place on 9 campus surface lots, including Lots 1, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18/19, 22, and 40.  
      • You may access information on space availability in these lots through our new link on the ETSU App

  • A counting system is also in place in the new parking garage.  
      • Space availability  for the garage is displayed on signs located at both entrances to the garage. 

  • Lot #21 still remains half student parking and half faculty/staff parking.
