Websites University Event Calendar

The official university calendar of events provides a method to announce and publicize events that are open to the campus community and the general public.

Who may post events?

Any ETSU faculty, staff or student may enter an event on the calendar. Events are subject to approval by administrators around campus.

Who maintains the calendar?

The calendar is administered and maintained by Information Technology Services, under the guidance of the ETSU ITC committee and in consultation with the Office of University Relations. Information Technology Services is responsible for the technical aspects of the calendar, including system maintenance, software issues, and user account/password administration. Web Technology Services (WTS) provides user training for the calendar through workshops and on-demand training. (Contact Sherry Martinez to request training.) The Office of University Relations, as the official public liaison point of contact for ETSU, works with Web Technology Services and authorized users on questions of calendar content, organization and style.
