We hope the information provided on this site has given you an idea of the many benefits of being a University Honors Scholar including the excellent curriculum, a focus on undergraduate research and creative activity, special honors events and opportunities, honors advising, priority registration, access to honors house, and the UHS scholarship.
Remember that to be considered for the University Honors Scholars program, you must:
- have earned an ACT score of 29 or higher (without the writing score) or an SAT of 1350 or higher (math and reading only) and a high school GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 unweighted scale.
- submit a completed UHS application, in addition to the ETSU admissions application, by December 15 of the fall semester prior to fall admission.
- participate in high school activities and community service, including leadership opportunities.
- commit to pursuing a 4-year baccalaureate degree at ETSU's Johnson City campus.
