Ms. Lancaster assists the Registrar, Registration, Records, and Graduation areas in everyday duties. She utilizes Acalog to produce the graduate and undergraduate e-catalogs, works with the intensive courses, handles travel paperwork, personnel paperwork, budget reviews, calendars, requisitions and inventory. She works on preparing the new and returning athletic folders as well as certifying the catalogs for veteran students to receive payment. Ms. Lancaster also schedules meetings for the Registrar's offices.

, Assistant Registrar, Data Management
Ms. Hutchins manages all data associated with the Graduate and Undergraduate Curriculum. Data management includes curriculum, course inventory, prerequisites, co-requisites, equivalencies, attributes, restrictions, repeat details, RODP, EDI Cross Reference Rules, Crosswalk Validation, and assist with running Enrollment reports and ACALOG. Ms. Hutchins supervises temporary employees, graduate assistant, and student workers. She is responsible to the Registrar for TBR reporting of academic data; management of the Master Course Inventory File; management and tracking of the Inventory of Academic Programs; and training and support of academic users in the management of SIS and Banner data. She assists office personnel in Banner, class schedule development, orientations, commencement ceremonies, and other functions of the office. Ms. Hutchins works with the implementation of the Banner Student Information System. Ms. Hutchins also serves on various committees and task forces.
Evelyn Roach , Degree Audit Specialist
Dr. Roach manages the implementation and planning of the student degree audit system called Degree Works. She translates policies and degree requirements into rules within the software and maintains degree audit tables. She is responsible for troubleshooting the software and identifying affected systems and tables. Evelyn is responsible for maintaining tables in the software which includes the course equivalencies table, cross listed courses table, major table, concentration table, minor table and the configuration table. She collaborates with advisors, faculty, and staff to ensure the accuracy of requirements and core curriculum as well as cross trains staff members to translate degree requirements into rules within the software. She develops and conducts training and creates tutorials on the use and benefits of Degree Works. Evelyn serves on various committees which help support students' academic plans and success.

Ms. Miller plans, organizes, and supervises the university commencement ceremony; supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with graduation activities. She performs graduation audits, verifies degree requirements, approves second bachelor's degree programs, prepares the commencement program and oversees the printing of diplomas. She participates in the graduation celebration and graduation forum. Ms. Miller maintains the graduation section of the web site and prepares calendar dates for graduation related activities. Assists with the implementation of the Banner Student Information System and the development of the Curriculum advising and Program Planning (CAPP) degree audit system. She also serves on various committees.

Dr. Donohoe supervises the Records Office and the athletic certification process. As supervisor of these areas, Tom oversees the maintenance of student records, issuing student academic transcripts, works with end of semester processes regarding repeats including TELS Lottery Scholarship repeat courses, final grading, grade changes, student withdrawals, and works with National Student Clearinghouse for degree verification and enrollment verification. Dr. Donohoe also assists with the certification of new and returning athletes to be sure they are eligible to compete per NCAA regulations each semester and assists the Veterans Affairs Office in certifying veteran enrollment. He also assists with management of the office budget; data collection and reporting; generates and maintains office web pages; trains faculty, staff and advisors in the use of Banner; manages acquisition and distribution of academic regalia for commencement; and serves on various committees and task forces.
, Assistant Registrar for Athletic Compliance
Ms. Bell manages the NCAA athlete certification process for student athletes engaged in intercollegiate athletics. Caitlin will evaluate and certify the eligibility of new, continuing, transfer, and international student athletes each semester. She participates in the preparation of NCAA reports under the Academic Performance Program (APR) and will evaluate annual changes in reporting requirements to make the necessary changes and adjustments to local reports. Ms. Burns will also represents the Registrar's Office at the NCAA Regional Rules Seminar, University Athletics Committee meetings as well as other professional seminars and workshops.

This position supervises the record's office staff as well as resolving any issues that arise amongst the staff. This position also processes student ID changes, enrollment verifications, and prepares lists/labels for departments and companies as requested throughout the year. This position works with the National Student Clearinghouse for degree verification and enrollment verification, staff scholarships, and the Milligan/Emmanuel/ETSU Agreement program.

Ms. Brady processes name and address changes, as well as major changes for the Record's office. She assists with verifying the National Student Clearinghouse, assists with producing transcripts, and processing grades.

Ms. Moody produces transcripts for the Records office and serves as the back up to the Record's Office staff. She also assists the Associate Registrar with other duties as assigned.

This position is the "face" of the Registrar's office and is the first person you will meet as you enter the Record's office. The incumbent will accept your phone calls, answer general questions, or direct you to the person to whom you should speak. The incumbent will produce enrollment verifications, and accepts other requests such as name changes and drop/add requests. This position also processes grade changes from the faculty.
, Associate Registrar
Ms. Benfield plans, organizes, and supervises the university student registration process; supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with registration. Ms. Benfield works with orientation, prepares class schedules and assigns academic classroom space and distributing registration/schedule information. She prints and maintains the schedule of classes and interactive course search on GoldLink, maintains registration setup, academic term information and calendar dates on GoldLink and Banner. She works with the implementation of the Banner Student Information System and trains academic users in the use of Banner schedule building in addition to serving on various committees and task forces.
, Assistant Registrar, Scheduling
Ms. Barrett manages the development and scheduling of on campus academic classroom space and helps ensure optimal classroom utilization. Ms. Barrett also serves as the administrator for R25, maintaining the collection of data from University departments regarding classroom space. She maintains WebViewer, the university’s online calendar for academic space. Ms. Barrett also serves as the WebTailor administrator for the Registrar’s Office and other areas of enrollment services as well as assisting in the generation and maintenance of the Registrar’s Office web pages. She works with executive aide training, assists with walk in traffic, maintains the student worker and temporary worker time sheets, supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with registration activities. Ms.Barrett also serves on various committees.

This position handles the immunization updates for orientation and reviews registration edits for the Registrar's office. This position also compiles parts of the schedule book, proofs course listings, and schedules rooms and buildings for specific events. Ms. Roberson assists students with registration and dropping and adding courses. Ms. Roberson assists the Assistant Registrar with room reservations. She also helps run the GoldLink help line as well handling walk in traffic and schedule changes from departments.
, Director of Veterans Affairs
Mr. Tipton serves the educational and training needs of prospective and/or enrolled service members, veterans, their dependents or survivors, and other persons eligible to receive education benefits under the various Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) programs. He provides benefit and education counseling, program information, referral to various agencies, and certifies eligible students to receive education benefits under various state and federal programs while maintaining a congenial working relationship with the Veterans Administration and other agencies serving veterans. BucHero Program responsibilities include but are not limited to; assisting out-of-state veterans and dependents with enrollment processes, oversees Buc Hero and Yellow Ribbon Scholarships, works closely with University Relations office regarding advertising and marketing initiatives for veterans and dependents.
, Veterans Outreach Coordinator
Ms. Severijn is responsible for the dissemination of information pertaining to the Department of Veterans Affairs educational benefits to local military units, veteran organizations, civic, and educational institutions. She also identifies different populations of veterans, processes their paperwork, and certifies their enrollment each semester in order for the veteran student to receive the appropriate benefits.
