APS Scholarships for Freshmen

The Academic Performance Scholarship Program is ETSU's largest merit based scholarship program for new freshmen students from Tennessee and border counties eligible for in-state tuition.

These scholarships are awarded based on a combination of high school GPA and ACT/SAT scores for freshmen and cumulative college GPA for transfer students.

If you are a high school senior and meet the criteria below, all you need to do is submit your application for admission, high school transcript, ACT or SAT scores and your application fee by DECEMBER 15 of your senior year of high school. (You must have earned both the minimum GPA and ACT or SAT scores to be eligible for the scholarship).

Between June and September, you can search for available service positions.
