We are pleased to announce the following vendors will be exhibiting at the 2016 Forum:
On behalf of the Appalachian Student Research Forum Task Force, we would like to invite you to be part of a vendor exhibition to be held on April 7, 2016 , in conjunction with the Appalachian Student Research Forum. As you may know, the Forum is an annual event that provides undergraduates, graduate students, medical students, residents, and postdoctoral fellows an opportunity to present their research findings in a formal setting. The Forum’s vendor exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for company representatives to interface with ETSU researchers, mainly comprised of faculty, staff, and students, as well as local physicians. The Forum is also a regional event that attracts participants from other regional colleges and universities. Like last year, we have coordinated the poster competition to coincide with the vendor exhibition. We once again anticipate a large crowd as the event continues to gain popularity on a regional basis.
This year. the Forum will be held on the 3rd floor of the Culp Center, a large conference facility which is conveniently located on the ETSU campus. Please consider attending the Forum to display your products and services. As in years past, tables will be available for the vendor exhibition portion of the Forum. Register on or before March 20, and you will receive the early-bird price of $100 per table; after the 20th, the regular fee is $125 per table will be applied. The deadline for registering is March 31, 2016; after March 31st, an additional late fee of $25 per table will be added to the regular registration fee. Your registration fee includes refreshments and lunch.
If you are unable to attend, we request that you consider a corporate contribution to support this worthwhile event. All corporate donations will be listed on the Forum website, as well as in the Program Book.
