Social Wellness is having the knowledge and ability of interacting with others on a normative basis. Constantly learning and growing from interactions with people and their cultures. Expanding the knowledge base of cultures other than one's own and vice versa.

Suggestions:

  • Schedule a game night
  • Watch a funny movie with friends
  • Join an organization or club
  • Become a good listener
  • Sit beside someone new in class, lunch, etc
  • Invite friends over for a pot luck dinner
