Distance Access Services
The Archives provides distance access services by e-mail, mail, and telephone. Distance access involves Archives staff consulting or referring to archival holdings
to ascertain specific information found in archival collections. Staff can provide
up to one-half hour of assistance at no cost. Additional staff assistance may be requested,
subject to staff availability. If granted, a Distance Access Services fee will be
charged. The fee must be received before the service is performed. Individuals doing
substantial research or who live in the immediate area are encouraged to visit the
Archives or arrange for the services of a private researcher.
Duplication Services
You may request duplication of university records, manuscript material, photographs,
and other media subject to copyright, usage restrictions, and staff availability.
All fees for duplication must be received before the service is performed and duplication
does not confer the right to use the material in any way other than specified in the
signed Duplication Request Form. Please consult the Access Services and Duplication Fee Schedule for more details and submit your request using a Duplication Request Form. A staff member will contact you about your request.
