Greetings from your ETSU Staff Senate President,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the ETSU Staff Senate, an integral body representing our staff’s voice within the university.
Our mission is to foster open communication between staff and the administration,
advise the President on staff-related matters, and collaborate with various university
groups on broader issues impacting ETSU.
Our Senate is comprised of dedicated representatives from each of the six EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) divisions, ensuring
a diverse and inclusive representation of our staff community.

Your input is vital in shaping our efforts. Additionally, all ETSU employees are invited to
attend our monthly meetings, held on the second Monday of each month, where we discuss,
deliberate, and make decisions that matter to you and our university.
