Ms. Josie Klepper is a Lecturer in the Criminal Justice & Criminology Department at East Tennessee State University. She received her B.S. and M.A. in Criminal Justice & Criminology from East Tennessee State University. Her current research interests include mentally ill offenders and their patterns of offending behavior, juvenile offenders and effective methods of intervention, terrorism and counter-terrorism efforts, the use of ethics within the criminal justice field, and crime scene investigation. She has previously worked in a juvenile correctional facility focusing on matters such as program evaluation, safety procedures, reintegration into the community, and staff training.
