Special Services
ETSU is committed to making our performances, events, and lectures accessible to all those who wish to enjoy them. Persons with special needs should notify our Box Office at least five days prior to an event or contact Disability Services at 423-439-8346.
Venue Locations
Arts performances, exhibitions and events are scheduled in a variety of locations both on and off campus. For on campus building locations, please use the interactive campus map at www.etsu.edu/maps. For further assistance, call 423-439-8587.
Parking
Campus parking hours of enforcement are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. For activities during these times, visitor parking permits are required. Permits are not required at night or on weekends. Permits are available at the Parking Services Office, 132 Stout Drive, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., at parking@etsu.edu or by calling 423-439-5650.
Late Seating
Please arrive early. For the convenience of patrons who arrived on time and the safety of those arriving late, latecomers will be seated at an appropriate interval at the discretion of the House Manager. Late seating is not guaranteed.
Courtesies
Social media conversation is encouraged for the first 10 minutes of most performances. Check lobby signage and your program for any restrictions for particular events. Find us on Twitter and Instagram @ArtsAtETSU. As a courtesy to patrons and artists, after the first 10 minutes of the event, the use of cell phones, pagers, text messaging or other electronic devices is restricted. Flash photography, food and beverages are not permitted during any performance.
Weather policy
Events will not be canceled because of weather unless university facilities are closed. Check www.etsu.edu/alert or listen to 89.5 WETS-FM radio for more information.
Smoking and Smokeless tobacco policy
Effective August 11, 2008, all use of tobacco and smoking simulated devices is restricted to private vehicles. The use of tobacco or smoking simulated devices in buildings or on campus grounds is strictly prohibited. Please see ETSU Tobacco-free Policy for more information.
Box Office Information
Box Office Hours for phone or in person purchases are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday (except ETSU holidays). Unless printed at home, all pre-purchased tickets will be held in Will Call or may be picked up in the Mary B. Martin Office, Gilbreath Hall 211, ETSU.
The Box Office at the event venue opens 45 minutes before showtime. The doors for seating open 30 minutes before showtime, or at the discretion of the House Manager.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.
Buying Tickets
Pricing categories: General Admission, Senior 60+ and Student w/ID (of all ages)
Student tickets are available to elementary, middle and high school students, as well as those with a current college ID from any institution.
• Online: Tickets to individual events are available at www.etsu.edu/martin. Confirmation of student eligibility will be made at the door of the show. IDs are required for college students.
• By Phone: Call 423-439-TKTS (8587) to buy tickets with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• In Person in Advance: Tickets may be purchased at the Mary B. Martin School of the Arts Office at 211 Gilbreath Hall on the ETSU campus, Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Check, cash or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) are accepted.
• In Person at the Door: Tickets may be purchased at the door starting 45 minutes
before the event with cash, check or credit card.

Group Ticket Discounts
Group Tickets provide additional ways to save! Three levels of Group Tickets are available
for all Martin School Performance Series events: Blue, Gold and Student Groups. All
tickets must be purchased for the same performance, date and time.
Group Ticket Discounts apply to the Martin School Performance Series only and may
be purchased online, by phone, or in person. Some restrictions apply. Group discounts are not available at the door.
Special arrangements can be made for school groups. Contact the Box Office at 423-439-8587.
BLUE GROUP: Purchase tickets for a single event for 6-10 people and receive a 10% discount on
the total ticket purchase. For online ticket sales, use coupon code "BlueGroup" to receive discount.
Does not apply to Student tickets.
GOLD GROUP: Purchase tickets for a single event for groups of 11 or more people and receive a
15% discount on the total ticket purchase. For online ticket sales, use coupon code
"GoldGroup" to receive discount.
Does not apply to Student tickets.
STUDENT w/ID GROUP: Open to groups of 6 or more students. One dollar off each student ticket when 6 or
more student tickets for a single event are ordered together. For online ticket sales,
use coupon code "Student" to receive discount.

commitments. Our combination ticket packages allow patrons flexibility. Mix and match
to get what you want.
Choice Ticket Discounts apply only to the Martin School Performance Series of ticketed
events and may be purchased online, by phone or in person. Some restrictions apply.

Choice Three Package:
Purchase tickets to three of our Martin School Performance Series events and receive
a 10% discount on the total ticket purchase. Tickets must be purchased for three separate
