EDUCATION
Dr. Lee is a registered dietitian and associate professor in nutrition at East Tennessee State University. She has 29 years of experience in the clinical setting providing medical nutrition therapy to a variety of patients including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight management. Her research interests include clinical nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, interprofessional education, sport nutrition, and concussion management.
