Dr. Harley-McClaskey has taught in Cross-Disciplinary Studies and the Clemmer College for over twenty years. Courses taught include the four courses that comprise the Graduate Certificate in Community Leadership, Leadership Theory and Practice, Nonprofit Leadership, Introduction to Leadership Effectiveness, Introduction to Human Services, and Grant Writing in Human Services. Dr. Harley-McClaskey is a certified Strengths Coach and a facilitator/trainer for the FranklinCovey Organization. Her academic interests include the process of personal change and leadership development.
In her free time, she is devoted to her family, civic engagement, and is active in local and state politics. She enjoys swimming, gardening, and travel.
