About this Conference: | This two-day live activity will be an overview of current topics in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management of cardiovascular disease. This activity will include evidence-based didactic sessions as well as interactive breakout sessions in the afternoon. | ||||||||||||

As a result of attending this activity, the participant will be able to: • Apply the latest care guidelines for management of common cardiac conditions; • Summarize new cardiology pharmacological therapies and evaluate efficacies. |

*Pre-registration closes at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 19, 2018. Pre-registered attendees must pay registration fees in full prior to the closing of registrations in order to avoid paying the “Day of Registration Fee”, which is an additional $25.00 for each registration type. |

Registration: | This event has been canceled. We are in the process of refunding registration fees. Registration fees are refundable less a $50.00 administrative fee, for cancellations received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the activity date. Refunds are not provided when the registration fee is $50.00 or less, or when a cancellation request is received less than 14 days prior to the start of the activity.
