JOHNSON CITY – The East Tennessee State University Choirs open their concert season later this month with a performance at the ETSU Martin Center for the Arts.
The concert is Friday, Sept. 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the Martin Center Grand Hall.
Presented by the ETSU Department of Music, the annual Choral Collage concert is the season opener for a range of award-winning groups, including Chorale, BucsWorth, East Tennessee Belles, Greyscale and Ascension.
“This wonderful concert is a true collage of musical genres,” said Dr. Alan Stevens, department chair and director of Choral Activities. “There will be a little something for every type of music lover.”
Tickets are $12 for adults, $6 for students not attending ETSU and free to ETSU students with a valid ID.
