Thomas is the Academic Advisor for online students and student-athletes who are pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. He also advises for all students in the Physical Education K-12 program and students (last names A - C) in the Elementary Education program.

Thomas has worked in the Division of Cross-Disciplinary Studies since September 2022. Previously, he served as the Evening & Weekend Supervisor at Sherrod Library. He is a lifelong resident of Johnson City.
