The Supervisor Development Program (SDP) will be a new program for current Supervisors that will include the following:

- 8 week, hybrid program featuring a mix of in-person training and virtual learning housed in Microsoft TEAMS app
- Asynchronous eLearning modules
- In-person/Zoom or TEAMS app sessions
- Weekly Discussion Posts on Microsoft TEAMS
- Internal Certificate of Completion of Program
- Ongoing connection via TEAMS with cohort (optional)
- LinkedIn Learning and book recommendations

What is the NEW Supervisor Development Program plan, and how do I register?
The inagural cohort will run from January 13 to March 7, 2025. MS TEAMS app will be our primary means of communication once the program starts, and meetings will be offered on a regular basis throughout the 8-week cohort. There will be opportunities for every Supervisor, without being in the same cohort as your supervisor to avoid any "awkward moments". Please contact HR Employee Learning and Development with any questions!
