Administrative Program Support

Role Description
Responsible for providing a combination of administrative, recruitment, event coordination, logistical, and monitors budgets in support of programs. This role specifically provides support for a program rather than a person or department. Competencies for this role are typically gained through specialized or on-the-job training.
Typical Functions:
Provides support for programming, activities, events, and office functions.
Coordinates with internal and external partners to publicize programs, recruit participants,
and plan events and activities.
Creates and disseminates program communications and posts program information on social
media platforms.
Ensures operations adhere to the program budget.
Implements fundraising campaigns for the program.
Oversees participants and students involved in the program.
Evaluates and monitors projects according to policies and objectives.
Coordinates the collection and analysis of data for reporting.
Prepares and submits reports.
Manages program databases.
