Role Description
Responsible for providing essential support to attorneys and law firms by managing administrative tasks and assisting with legal research and documentation.
Typical Functions:
Performs general office tasks, such as answering phones, managing calendars, and ordering
supplies.
Organizes and maintains physical and electronic files, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible.
Maintains confidential materials for Office of University Counsel.
Ensures completion of litigation materials under the direction of University Counsel
and the Office of the Attorney General and Reporter.
Levels
Legal AssistantAssists with the preparation of legal documents and filings. Education/Experience:Typically requires a high school diploma and three to five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Applicable certification may be required. |
