Role Description
Responsible for the leadership, direction, training, and operational management of areas specializing in social services. Provides strategic expertise and guidance on a broad cross-section of functions. This role accomplishes goals through oversight of areas of responsibility, planning, managing resources, prioritizing, and directing the responsibilities of employees.
Levels
Social Services Management 1Manages staff and resources of a specialized project or program. Education/Experience:Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five years of relevant, progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Supervisory experience. Applicable certification/license may be required. |
