Faculty
Dr. Kelly Covert, Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, is a 2014 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and completed her Pharmacotherapy Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina from 2014-2016. Dr. Covert joined the faculty at the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy in 2016 as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice, and she precepts third- and fourth-year pharmacy students, as well as pharmacy residents, on an Adult Medicine rotation at Johnson City Medical Center. She serves the college by chairing the Post-Graduate Preparation Committee, co-chairing the Academic Progression Committee and the Personal and Professional Development Committee, and serving as a member of the Interview Committee.
