TRiO-SSS Inclement Weather Policy
During periods of inclement weather the University often remains open. Review the University Inclement Weather Policy here:
https://www.etsu.edu/safety/campus_emergency/policy.php.
If the University is open, the SSS office and SSS Tutoring Lab will remain open as well. Students are advised to avoid undue risk when traveling to campus. If you decide it is unsafe to attend your tutoring you must call our office at 423-439-5396 to notify the staff about your absence. Failure to call our office before you miss your session will count as an absence. If classes are canceled, all tutoring will be canceled as well. We will do our best to offer makeup sessions, but they are not guaranteed.
