A.C.T.S. Advisement

Whether you are transferring from another college or university, a returning student, or brand new to ETSU, A.C.T.S. can help to aid your transition to the university, expose you to the broad educational opportunities of the university and integrate you into the life of the institution.

A.C.T.S. will also provide academic advising to adult, transfer and reentry students. Assistance is also available for continuing ETSU adult and transfer students.

ALL students should meet with their advisor throughout their college career. Your advisor may contact you to discuss various issues. Do not wait for your advisor to contact you; if you have questions, contact your advisor. Your advisor is a personal link between you and the university. The relationship you develop with your advisor is important to your success at ETSU.

All students with less than 60 credits earned are required to meet with an advisor prior to registration. Transfer students are likewise required to meet with an advisor prior to registration for the first and second term of enrollment. Readmit students must meet with an advisor their first term back at ETSU.
