Virtual Fitness Resources 

BUTI Fitness

Our very own BUTI Fitness Instructor Kari has a class on the BUTI website for you to enjoy for FREE. You will need a unique password to log onto the website. If you are interested, email and we will email you the code within an hour (during normal business hours of 8-4:30 pm EST).

Outside of Area 
If you are located outside of Johnson City, you can refer to the All Trails website or download their app to find outdoor activities in your area! It is recommended to not travel more than half an hour away. Always remember to check your local facilities for closures and other restrictions that may apply.

Quarantine Quiz Show
ETSU will be participating in a National Trivia Event with students from schools across the country. Represent the Bucs for a chance to win prizes from various universities. Tune in every Wednesday at 8 pm via the Twitch channel. Follow on Twitch: RecWithoutBorders
Tick Shot Challenge
Campus Recreation will be hosting a Trick Shot Challenge for the ETSU Community. Made popular by numerous videos on social media, we would like to challenge you to send us your best trick shots for a chance to win an intramural champ shirt. You can begin submitting your shots on Friday, 5/8 and have until Friday, 5/22 to get your shots in. You can submit them by email at or by tagging us in your post on Instagram or Twitter. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to, and may the best shot win.
HORSE Tournament 
Campus Recreation will be hosting a Virtual HORSE Tournament inspired by the NBA's HORSE Tournament. We will be accepting registration on until Thursday, May 21 at midnight. The tournament will be run from Friday, May 22 until Friday May 29. We will set up Zoom meetings/FaceTime calls between matchups and you will have the opportunity to be ETSU's HORSE champion. The winner will receive an intramural champ shirt. If you have any questions, please reach out to Rob Bruner at
Sport Clubs

The Sport Programs office will be open virtually for all Sport Club athletes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1-4 pm. To schedule a time to virtually meet with Rob Bruner, Associate Director of Sport Programs, please email Options to meet via phone call, FaceTime, or Zoom are available.
