Eric is from the small town of Greeneville, TN. His relationship with ETSU began as an undergraduate in 2010.  Eric graduated in 2014 with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in Music. He continued his education at ETSU and received a Master of Arts in Counseling, with a concentration in Couples & Family Counseling in 2016.  While in graduate school, Eric completed his internship at the ETSU Counseling Center.  He utilizes cognitive, emotional, and experiential approaches to counseling. He has worked with clients in schools, community agencies, and faith-based nonprofit settings. A few of Eric's professional interests include couples counseling, addiction, trauma, anger, family counseling, and men's issues. He's also a big fan of the Enneagram. Outside of work, Eric can be found playing music around the Tri-Cities, running, or contra dancing.
