As the Associate Dean of Students, Leah Adinolfi provides oversight to six units within ETSU’s Division of Student Life & Enrollment.  These include the D.P. Culp Student Center Operations, Student Activities & Organizations, Leadership & Civic Engagement, Fraternity & Sorority Life, ID and Tech Services and Campus Dining Services.

As Director of Student Activities and Organizations, Carter Warden is responsible for the management of the Student Activities and Organizations office staff and student workers, providing leadership and support of campus student activities and programs, assisting new and current student organizations and overseeing registration for new student organizations. He advises the Buctainment campus programming board and the Student Government Association leadership for the planning, marketing and production of major annual events and themed weeks. Carter also serves various branches of the Division of Student Life and Enrollment including event planning and management, creating printed and digital marketing materials and videos for web and social media use.

Alexis assists the Director of Student Activities and Organizations with SGA Homecoming and Civility week student committees and other student activities sponsored by Student Activities and Organizations. Alexis provides supervision, management, accountability and motivation for the Buctainment event programming board, housed organizations, and the Student Government Association event committees.

Joy Fulkerson collaborates with other campus and community units to develop and implement service-learning, community service, and civic engagement activities in addition to advising Volunteer ETSU and coordinating the implementation of the Alternative Spring Break program.

The Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, facilitates the delivery of programs and services for the Fraternity and Sorority community.  Maggie Darden serves as primary advisor to the Interfraternity Council, the National Pan-Hellenic Council, the Panhellenic Council, the Multicultural Greek Council, as well as the Order of Omega Honor Society.

As the Director of the Multicultural Affairs, Laura Terry offers year-round programs that expose students, faculty and staff to other cultures and ethnic backgrounds. She also coordinates orientation sessions to help acclimate students of color to campus life. She strives to serve as an advocate for students of color.  In addition to these duties, Ms. Terry advises the Black Affairs Association and the Gospel Choir and she produces an annual report detailing multiculturalism on campus.

Providing administrative support and assistance to the Director of Multicultural Affairs, Tedra assists the Director in providing direct services to students of color and to related multicultural student organizations and in creating both campus-wide diversity programs and activities, as well as assisting selected student organizations to plan educational and social programs. She also serves as liaison between the office and two student organizations: Black Affairs Association and the Gospel Choir. Maintaining the office website, on-line calendar, and brochure are also vital roles that the Multicultural Affairs Assistant fulfills, in addition to supervising student workers and replying to all office email inquiries.

Responsible for advising the Residence Hall Association, Alicia Luc serves as a resource for all Hall Council advisors, supervises residence hall staff in the central-campus area, and assists hall staff with programming.  She also performs administrative hearings for some residence hall discipline cases and provides on-call availability to all hall staff in emergency/crisis situations in addition to assisting in the recruitment, selection, and training of all hall staff.

Patric is responsible for supervising the student workers and managing the office. He is also responsible for the office's timesheets, creating and maintaining the student worker schedule, and any other miscellaneous office duties.

Don Armstrong advises and directs students in the planning and production of the East Tennessean, the student-run newspaper of ETSU. He also teaches students about news reporting, writing, editing, layout, and legal and ethical issues. Don also teaches in the Media and Communication Department.

Trish Caughran supervises the East Tennessean office, handling budgetary operations, student contracts, scholarship processes and the advertising department.  In addition to her supervisory position, Trish is an active member on the Student Life and Enrollment Development Committee as well as the 2018 Student Life and Enrollment Strategic Planning Committee and works with the ETSU Renaissance Teen Media and Communication Camp.

As Student Activities and Organizations Media and Marketing Assistant, Anthony is responsible for maintaining and updating computer lab desktop images and the websites of the Student Activities and Organizations, Multicultural Affairs, Buctainment, and SGA. He advertises student events via D.P. Culp Center calendars and digital marquees, initiates general marketing efforts for Student Activities and Organizations and multi-media for special events. He also manages the social media pages of the organization.

As the graduate assistant for leadership programs, Emily is responsible for updating and maintaining ETSU's Leadership Development webpage, planning and coordinating ETSU's annual student leadership conference. She also assists with planning and coordinating events for the Dr. Brenda White Wright Emerging Leaders Academy. She also serves as Program Coordinator for the annual campus session of the LeaderShape Institute.
