The ETSU Package Pick-up Mobile App provides the following:

• Immediate notification when any mail or packages have arrived and ready for pick-up.
• Displays if mail or packages are in the locker bank, mailbox or the mail room.
• Displays package details such as the carrier and tracking number.
• The mobile app is another option to pick-up mail in addition to the card swipe and PIN.
• A press of the button in the app opens the correct door containing your mail or package*
  (*must be within 5 feet of the locker bank to enable this functionality)

How to Pick-up a Package or Mail:

1. Log in or create a new account
2. Press "My Packages"
3. Select package from list shown.
4. Press “Open Locker” button.
