Application Process

 All of the following must be completed on or before February 15:

1. Send all the following to the ETSU Graduate School:
   1. Application for ETSU Graduate School
   2. Application fee of $55 Domestic; $65 International
   3. Official transcripts from all college coursework (no copies)
   4. Application essay (may use the same application essay submitted to DICAS)
   5. 
      Three (3) reference letters (electronic submission through ETSU Graduate School) 
      
      
2. Provide the following materials to DICAS.  The ETSU DI Program will participate in the Dietetic Internship Centralized Application System (DICAS). 
   1. Official transcripts from all college coursework (No copies)
   2. Three (3) reference letters
   3. Application essay
   4. Verification Statement or Declaration of Intent to Graduate (No Copies)
   5.  Application
   6. 
      All fees that apply
      
      
3. D&D Digital Computer Matching -  The ETSU DI Program participates in computer matching. Applicants can prioritize their DI preferences through D&D Systems. The ETSU MS/DI accepts up to 12 students annually. A pre-select option is available for up to six students currently enrolled in the dietetics programs at ETSU.
