2-Factor Authentication is coming!

2-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to ETSU Webmail accounts that will soon be required for all ETSU faculty and staff members as well as students soon after. 2 Factor instructions can be found here and should be reviewed by all Clemmer College staff before initial rollout on December 14th, 2018.

Adding Money to your Pharos Print Account
If you'd like to add money to your Pharos account so that you can print on campus, go the the Manage My ID page for instructions.

Software Resources
Our Software page has been revamped to include tutorials for some of the software available in the lab.  Please let us if there are any other software tutorials that would be helpful. 

Compressing/Converting Video Files
A new pdf file has been added to the Instructions page with a walk through for converting/compressing files using Handbrake.

Instructions for Canon Vixia HF R100 & R200 Cameras
The Instructions page has been updated with more information to help with the video requirements for the TPA. Click here for information on the Canon Vixia HF R200 cameras including display settings and how to connect the camera to a PC.

Visitor Pass Instruction
LiveText Visitor Pass instructions have been added to the Instructions page of our site. You can also access them here.

Software Purchases
ETSU has a campus agreements with software vendors to sell Microsoft and Adobe software at reduced rates for ETSU students, faculty, and staff.  Click here for more information.

TPA Video Help
There are new links posted on our Instructions page with help with the Canon cameras and how to work with the video files.
