Apply Today! 2025 Medical Horizons application

The application deadline for the 2025 Medical Horizons program is March 14, 2025. 

Those who recieve an acceptance notice will be given a week from the date of notice and must respond in writing as to whether or not they would like to be a part of the program. We request that you respond ASAP to allow others the opportunity if you are not attending.
