ETSU Health Family Medicine Kingsport is located adjacent to Holston Valley Medical Center.The newly renovated facility opened in 2016 and includes 20 examination and 2 minor surgery rooms, fully staffed lab, precepting area, and a large conference room, as well as office, administration, and lounge space.

The center contains equipment used in modern family practice offices, e.g. colposcope, nasolaryngoscope, EKG, spirometer, and tympanometer.

The staff includes 7 board-certified family physicians, a clinical psychologist, a pharmacist, a social worker, 6 full-time nurses, a laboratory technician, and 8 front office personnel including a full-time office manager. The office, which is computerized, accepts reimbursement through private pay, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance programs.
