Fee Discounts for State Employee’s Dependents & Certified Public School Teacher’s
These benefits give a 25% discount of the students’ maintenance and standard fees. Forms are available through employees’ personnel offices and the ETSU Bursar’s website. Completed forms should be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid prior to the start of each term or session.
Fee Discount forms for Fall Semester must be completed and signed after the following dates before the Office of Financial Aid can accept or process them:
Fee Discount forms for Spring & Summer Semester will only be accepted once a student
completes registration for those terms.
Fee Discounts for TBR/UT Employees
Full-time regular employees of the TBR and UT systems are eligible to enroll in one credit course per term at any state of Tennessee public postsecondary institution (TBR or UT), with fees waived for the employee.
The enrollment is limited to available space with the intent that tuition-paying students shall not be denied enrollment by a student using a fee waiver.
If applicable, the fee waiver should be used before other forms of educational assistance that may be offered by the institution.

These benefits give a 50% discount of the students’ maintenance and standard fees. Forms are available through employees’ personnel offices and the ETSU Bursar’s website. Completed forms should be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid prior to the start of each term or session.
