Each college with online offerings has a designated Online Liaison. The liaisons meet monthly during the regular fall and spring semesters to discuss online course and program issues. One of the primary functions of the liaisons is to provide a communication channel between each college and Information Technology Services. The liaisons are responsible for assisting with the development of policies and procedures to provide academic oversight of distance education/online initiatives and assist with online course and program planning and systematic review.
