Grievances

A student, faculty or staff concern based on disability access or accommodations will be addressed by Disability Services. Disability Services is located on the third floor of the DP Culp Center in Suite 390 and can be reached by phone at 423-439-8346.

A grievance associated with discrimination based on disability should be made to the University Compliance Office. The compliance office is located at 309 Burgin Dossett Hall. Contact information can be found by clicking on the link to their website here . Students, faculty or staff may appeal decisions about accommodations with the University Compliance Office.
