Haeleah Lester

Originally from Trenton, Tennessee, Haeleah graduated from the University of Memphis as a sister of Pi Beta Phi earning her Bachelor of Professional Studies. Haeleah went on to graduate from the University of Arizona with her Master of Arts in Higher Education.
As the Assistant Director of Student Activities and Organizations and Fraternity and Sorority Life, Haeleah facilitates the delivery of programs and services for the Fraternity and Sorority community including risk management initiatives. In her advisory capacity, Haeleah serves as the primary advisor for the College Panhellenic Council (CPH), while overseeing the primary advisor for the Interfraternity Council (IFC) and National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Haeleah also assists the Director of Student Activities and Organizations to coordinate student-led activities sponsored by Student Activities and Organizations (SAO). She provides guidance, leadership, and support for both the Buctainment event programming board and event committees within housed organizations.
Zackery "Zack" Sholes

Originally from Elizabethton, Tennessee, Zack graduated from East Tennessee State University as a brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon earning his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. Zack went on to graduate from the University of Miami School of Law with his Juris Doctorate before returning to East Tennessee State University where he earned his Master of Education in Educational Leadership.
As the Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Zack advises the Interfraternity Council (IFC) and National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), providing guidance, leadership, and support to these councils. Zack also oversees out Chapter Assessment Program (CAP) which is designed to create a comprehensive evaluation of chapter operations.
Katelyn Haun

Originally from Dandridge, Tennessee, Katelyn graduated from East Tennessee State University as a sister of Alpha Delta Pi earning two Bachelors of Business Administration in General Management and Marketing Management. Katelyn is now earning her Master of Business Administration at East Tennessee State University.
As a Graduate Assistant of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Katelyn assists and supports our College Panhellenic Council (CPH), providing guidance and facilitating communication with council and chapter operations. Katelyn also oversees the planning of our 2024 EPIC (Educating on Personal Impact in our Community) which is designed to educate our students of the importance of mitigating risks as a member of a fraternity or sorority at ETSU.
Mackenzie "Mack" Dyer

Originally from Wheelersburg, Ohio, Mack graduated from East Tennessee State University as a brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon earning his Bachelor of Science in History. Mack is now earning his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from East Tennessee State University.
As a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Mack assists and supports our Interfraternity Council (IFC), providing guidance and facilitating communication with council and chapter operations. Mack also oversaw the execution of our 2023 EPIC (Educating on Personal Impact in our Community) and is currently overseeing the planning and execution of our 2024 Greek Week.

Originally from Belmont, North Carolina, Ariana graduated from East Tennessee State University as a sister of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Ariana is now earning her Master of Science in Digital Marketing at East Tennessee State University.
As a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Ariana assists and supports our National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), providing guidance and facilitating communication with council and chapter operations. Ariana also oversees the office’s marketing efforts, crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and implementing creative strategies to promote our programs and events.
