The NPC member organizations at East Tennessee State University are: Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Kappa Delta, and Sigma Kappa. These five sororities create the College Panhellenic at ETSU. If either you or your parents have any questions, you may contact the College Panhellenic President for the 2022 calendar year, Katelyn Haun.

The Interfraternity Council at ETSU is the governing body of five social fraternities at ETSU. The council supports educational programming to advance the goals of leadership and social development, regulates formal recruitment for the fraternities, and serves as a judiciary board in case any problems between fraternities arise.

The National Pan-Hellenic Council at ETSU serves as the governing body for the campus' historically African American fraternities and sororities. NPHC promotes interaction through forums, meetings and other mediums for the exchange of information and engages in cooperative programming and initiatives through various activities and functions. NPHC organizations have a profound commitment to community service.
East Tennessee State University Fraternity and Sorority Life has a foundation account set up to support the educational purpose of Greek-lettered organizations. Our generous donors have supported major programming that reaches over 650 students annually. Students also benefit from high impact programming by attending conferences and supporting national speakers to present to student leaders. Questions about tax-deductible donations to the ETSU Foundation can be sent to Director of Development, Dessi Ford
