Concerns about other violations

ETSU encourages students to report all sexual misconduct and seeks to make the procedures clear and straightforward.  Yet we realize that sometimes students may be reluctant to report an incident due to concerns about revealing other potential conduct violations such as underage drinking or drug use. To encourage students to report, ETSU will generally forgive other potential violations that occur near the time of the incident, provided that any such violations do not place the health and safety of any person at risk.
