Registration Instructions

You may submit a completed form by either of the following means.

Option 1

Attach completed registration form (.docx or .pdf only) to an e-mail and send to sah@etsu.edu

Option 2

Print and mail completed registration form to:

Payment should be made by check mailed to the above address.

Please make checks payable to:
The Society of Appalachian Historians.

All completed, received registration forms will generate an electronic acknowledgement of receipt. Official receipts may be obtained at the 2023 meeting upon registration/check-in. We will have on-site registration available during the day on May 22 and the morning of May 23.
