Technology will make history as the first graduates of the BlueSky Tennessee Institute,

ETSU student graduates despite losing it all to Helene
Fate Walker graduated from ETSU last weekend with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media,
concentrating in Animation, and will begin the Master of Fine Arts program this spring
to continue studying motion capture and feature animation. After overcoming the challenges
of losing everything in Hurricane Helene, Fatre hopes to teach future animators, inspired
by their experiences to become a better educator.

Milhorn is a native of Tennessee who earned his B.S. in Economics from ETSU where
he graduated summa cum laude in 1994 and is a member of the Business & Technology
Hall of Fame. The Conference of State Bank Supervisors’ Board of Directors announced
the appointment of Brandon Milhorn, currently deputy to FDIC Vice Chairman Travis
Hill and previously chief operating officer, chief of staff and deputy to FDIC Chairman
Jelena McWilliams, as its next president and CEO.
