Courses cover the basic principles of nutrition, nutrition through the lifecycle, community nutrition, nutrition in sports and health, metabolism, and communication in nutrition.
The nutrition minor complements the content in the fields of speech language pathology, exercise science, psychology, counseling, rehabilitative sciences, and other related professions. The minor is framed around 18 credits of core courses and provides additional advisor approved electives for nutrition majors.
