COVID Testing- The University Health Center is currently offering COVID testing (Rapid and PCR) to ETSU students, staff and faculty members who wish to be tested. If having no symptoms, patients can be seen for just COVID testing. If presenting with symptoms, patient will need to be seen by the provider. This can be done by Telehealth or an Office Visit. Results for rapid testing is 15 minutes and PCR are 24-48 hours. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. For more information and to schedule an appointment, call 423-439-4225.

Appointments are available Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, except on University Holidays. To schedule an appointment call 423-439-4225. We do our best to schedule same day appointments when requested. Depending on schedule and resource availability we may have to schedule your appointment for a later date. If your health concern requires a specialist or imaging (CAT scan, MRI, Xrays, Ultrasound), you will be referred for the appropriate care.
Bring ETSU ID and Insurance cards to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We require a one (1) hour advanced notice for a sick office visit and twenty-four (24) hours for physical exams for any cancellations or appointment scheduling changes. Failure to do so will result in a $20 no-show fee and a hold will be placed on your student account.

Remember the call service is NOT for medical emergencies, to make or cancel an appointment, immunization requirement questions, or to refill prescriptions. For emergencies please call 911.
Lab Notification: You will be notified through your ETSU email account that your lab results have been completed. Please contact the University Health Center to received those results.
