The Certificate in Data Analytics from East Tennessee State University' Department of Computing - housed in the College of Business and Technology - is designed for those with bachelor’s degrees who desire advanced credentials to prepare for professional careers working with, presenting, and organizing data - irrespective of previous experience.
Data is a valuable resource in today's economy for driving business decisions. The process of properly managing and analyzing data has quickly become an essential skill in many business sectors. This graduate certificate will allow you to develop strategies for using data to gain business advantages, through inspecting and cleaning data, using programming to analyze and visualize data, and using the information gained to make meaningful decisions. Best of all--you need no previous Computing or programming ability to participate!
