The Student Success Coordinators at the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy are dedicated to supporting pharmacy students throughout their academic journey. Whether through connecting students with tutoring, setting up labs, or offering general support to students and faculty, the coordinators play a crucial role in fostering a positive and successful experience for all of pharmacy students.

Justin White

Justin joined Gatton as the P1 Student Success Coordinator in October 2023. Born in Florida but raised in East Tennessee, he earned his bachelors in History from ETSU, and is currently working on his masters in Educational Leadership. Justin previously worked for ETSU’s College of Nursing and in the field of public history, most notably at Rocky Mount State Historic Site. In his free time, Justin enjoys reading, traveling, film study, podcasting, and spending time with his wife April and his two cats.
Kerstin Kromker

Kerstin joined the Gatton family as the P2 Student Success Coordinator in November of 2023. Born in Puerto Rico, but raised all over the world, she has lived in Paraguay, South Africa, and England. Her parents are German, and she speaks three languages: German, Spanish, and English. She earned her first bachelor's degree in England, then earned degrees in German and in Spanish Translating at Kent State University in Ohio and served in the Ohio National Guard. Before moving to Tennessee, she worked as an interpreter and translator and in a law office focused on immigration and family law. Outside of work, Kerstin is a huge animal lover who spends time hiking, camping, kayaking, painting landscapes and traveling. Combining her love of animals and travel, she has gone swimming with sharks, twice.
Lindsey Feltman

Originally from Kingsport, Tennessee, Lindsey graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (B.A. English '12) and taught high school English for five years. She initially joined Gatton in 2018 and served as a secretary and Educational Coordinator. After taking time away to focus on being a new mom, Lindsey was thrilled to return to the Gatton family as the P3 Student Success Coordinator. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and daughter, snuggling her cat and dog, roller skating, reading murder mysteries, and traveling the world.
