PARKING INFO AND DRIVING DIRECTIONS
STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS
Parking: Brinkley Center's Parking Garage
Arrival time: 1:15 p.m. at Martin Center
Entrance: Side door facing Brinkley. You will have to pass through security (see info below). Go to the Instrumental Room, which is first room on your left. Staff will be there to get you where you need to go.
Group photo: 1:40 p.m., Room 151, across from the Instrumental Room. The photo will be on the risers.
Where do I go after White Coat? Meet your guests outside of the Martin Center, if possible. If it's raining, the lobby will be available. A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the college. Your family and guests are invited! Bucky, ETSU's mascot will be there, as well. Directions are below:
GUEST SERVICES & AMENITIES
Visit Guest Services for Assistive Listening Systems (ALS), booster seats, family
restroom access or any other special accommodation requests.
Free guest WiFi is available on network ETSU-Guest (no password required).
SECURITY & EVENT PROCEDURES
All bags must be smaller than 9” X 13” X 9” and will be subject to search.
ETSU is a tobacco-free campus. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the facility or
anywhere on premises.

Oversized bags (any bag larger than 9" x 13" x 9.5", including all backpacks, briefcases, luggage, or duffle bags)
Outside food & beverage
Alcoholic beverages- Illegal substances
Firearms or weapons
Tobacco or vaping products
Professional or flash photography, tripods, or monopods
Audio or video recording devices
Laser pointers
Noisemaking devices (e.g. air horns, drums, or whistles)
Balloons, permanent markers, spray paint, or silly string
Animals, except Service Animals under the ADA
Strollers
Large or pointed umbrellas
Signs or banners
Skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, scooters, or bicycles

RESTROOMS & CONCESSIONS
Restrooms are located at the end of the lobby closest to Guest Services and Powell
Recital Hall, as well as the right side on the Balcony Level.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
PARKING

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN BUSINESS LOTS DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Those are privately owned spaces, and your vehicle may be subject to towing.
ADA-accessible parking and drop-off spot is located adjacent to the Martin Center in Lot 55, accessible via Harris Drive West, behind the Bank of Tennessee building.
ADA-accessible spots are also located in the Brinkley Center Parking Garage (formerly Millennium Center Parking Garage). There is an elevator in the garage. The walkway from this garage to the Martin Center is covered.
