ETSURGe: the ETSU Electronic Research Gateway

ETSURGe is the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs' electronic research administration system comprised of integrated modules which, when fully implemented, will provide a seamless workflow across the grant lifecycle from identifying funding with SPIN– Funding Opportunities Database (active), Proposal Development (active), Post Award Management (in-progress), Subawards (in-progress), Agreements & Negotiations (in-progress), and Conflict of Interest (active).

To access ETSURGe you must first register with your ETSU credentials by visiting: https://webapps.etsu.edu/ETSURGeRegistration. Shortly thereafter  (please allow up to 30 minutes), you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your account is active and you can proceed to login.
