Export Control at ETSU
Export control laws are federal regulations that govern how certain information, technologies, and commodities can be transmitted or transported overseas to anyone, including U.S. citizens, or to foreign nationals on U.S. soil.
At ETSU, we are committed to maintaining an open teaching and research environment that supports our academic and research endeavors. At the same time, we remain equally committed to export compliance and upholding our specific responsibilities under the regulations.
These Export Control pages are designed to help the University's research community understand the impact of these critical compliance responsibilities by providing essential export control information and relating how it applies to the University campus.
For more information and resources regarding Export Control regulations, please visit the pages listed below and/or contact the Compliance Manager, Office of Research and Sponsored Program Administration at 439-6048.
