academic preparedness for graduate school.

How do I submit an application?
Application to our program is made online through the ETSU Graduate School. What is the deadline for submitting an application?
Please view the application deadlines for the Biomedical Sciences-Ph.D. application on the Graduate School Doctoral Degrees web page. Most of the positions for Fall admission will be filled early in the Spring semester. We advise all students who are considering applying to our program to complete their applications as early as possible. -
For what semester of entry are applications accepted?
Under most circumstances, students are admitted only for the Fall semester. -
How do I inquire about the status of my application?

Is a formal interview required?
Well qualified applicants who reside in the United States will usually be invited to visit us. During the visit, applicants have an opportunity to tour the research facilities and to meet with students and faculty. Applicants will also meet with one or two members of the admissions committee. Applicants may wish to contact faculty to inquire about the possibility of working with them. This can be helpful in determining potential faculty advisors. -

How do I apply for financial aid?
All applicants are considered for financial support. Most students who are admitted to the program will be offered support through a research assistantship that includes a competitive stipend and payment of tuition and fees.
